My name is Charles H. Smith.  I am a regular, ordinary working man and parent.  I was an educator, and I have seen the decline in our children's education and the fall our country's ratings in education have taken as compared to other countries in the world.  I am a businessman, I have invested in the American economy and fought the same battles as every other small business.
